Zawadi charcuterie boards are made with Blackwood (Acacia), which is considered an alien species in South Africa. Due to its hardness, it is widely used in the manufacture of furniture and most suitable for cheese and charcuterie boards, as it is also non-porous. The boards have been treated with FDA approved mineral oil, imported from the USA. Zawadi personalises the boards, by engraving on the stainless steel disc your name and logo/picture.
