Our very first shipment of décor accessories arrived in Knysna, South Africa late one afternoon in 1996.  Stacked in the back corner of a large and empty warehouse, the consignment looked like a bold and impulsive leap of faith, which it probably was – a decision based entirely on the charm and quality of the items. Before dust had time to gather on the boxes, the stock was promptly sold out.

Now, 28 years later, we are a known brand, making our mark with contemporary décor innovation. The demand for our designs among leading interior décor studios across the globe, has seen Zawadi both influence and respond to evolving modern trends.

Our accent and collection pieces offer a fusion of traditional themes with contemporary lines and finishes, enhancing classic, modern, and sophisticated interiors.
